Creating Suitability Reports using the ATEB / Plannr Integration

  1. Log into Plannr
  2. Select your client
  3. Click on the Actions button 
  4. Click "Launch ATEB Addon" - this will open your ATEB Suitability dashboard



If you don't see the "Launch ATEB Addon" link, please ensure that you have successfully completed the steps in the Plannr integration set up guide


   5. From your ATEB Suitability dashboard click "Create a New Report"

6. Click Start Report.  Your report will be populated with supported data from your client's Plannr record.  Complete your report as usual.


Completed Reports


Once you have completed your report it can be uploaded to Plannr directly from ATEB Suitability.  To do this follow these steps:

  1. Within ATEB Suitability select Reports from the menu on the left hand side
  2. On the Reports screen select the Completed Report tab
  3. Identify your report and click the following button
  4. Select the format you would like to use, Word or PDF, and click Upload.  This will be added to your client record in Plannr.
The upload button is only available for reports completed using the ATEB/Plannr integration
