Initial setup of ATEB/Plannr Integration
To activate the ATEB Suitability application in Plannr, please follow this guide:
- Log in to Plannr.
- Click on Settings. This is located in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click the Addons tile.
- Select the ATEB tile and click Enable.
Please note, you can search for the application by name using the search bar.
To get started using the Suitability application, click the Actions button within the chosen client record in Plannr, then "Launch ATEB Addon".
After clicking the launch link, you will be asked for consent for ATEB Suitability to access your Plannr data. You must click Approve App to proceed.
Once you have approved the access you will be directed to the ‘Are you an existing ATEB suitability customer?’ page within the ATEB Suitability application. Here you have two options, as shown below:
New ATEB User - If you are new to ATEB Suitability, you should select ‘No – Free Trial Registration’. This will start the registration process. (Details of the Registration in the following FAQ article: What is the registration process for ATEB suitability?).
Existing ATEB User - If you already have an account, you should choose 'Yes – Existing ATEB Customer' and you will be directed to the application log-in screen. Please note, your ATEB Suitability username can differ from that in the Plannr system; you don't need to have the same username in both systems to access this feature.
You have successfully logged in/registered to ATEB Suitability, and will be redirected to your Dashboard. The set up of the ATEB/Plannr integration is now complete. To start a new report using your Plannr client details, click the Create a New Report button on the dashboard or the Reports screen - see our other Plannr FAQ articles for more information.
