How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Once the account login details have been successfully entered, the following screen is displayed:

It is worth noting that, whilst 2FA is optional, it is highly recommended and as such the options available are to either set it up now or receive a reminder to complete the setup in a week.  Follow the steps below to complete the 2FA setup.

  1. Log into ATEB Suitability using the existing username and password details.  When the 2FA information screen is displayed, click “Get Started”
  2. The following screen is displayed.  To get more information about the supported authenticator apps, click the link in section one:
  3. Using an authenticator app on a smartphone or tablet, either scan the QR code or manually enter the code visible in section 02 on screen.   This will link the authenticator application with ATEB Suitability.  Once this link is created, a code will be automatically generated within the authenticator application.  There is no need to record or remember this code as it is refreshed every 30 seconds, meaning each login will require a new code.
  4. Enter the code from the authenticator application into section 03.  The screen will refresh and the dashboard will be displayed.
