There are three main causes for this issue:

1) The link you are using is not the most recent version. Please ensure that you are clicking on the most recent link sent to your email as only the most recent reset password link will work; any previous reset password links sent beforehand will expire and will not work.

2) There may be a firewall or some other security system in your work place that uses a 'redirect' function to remove any security threats/unauthorised access; if the reset password link goes through a 'redirect' it will not work. Please contact your IT team for more information or help with this issue.

3) Part of the URL is missing. If the reset password link is being copied and pasted into the browser's address bar, please ensure that the full URL has been copied.
