Along with the custom appendices that can be created under Content Management, it is possible to add in integrated custom appendices to complement the report. To show/hide these use the toggle button in the Custom Appendices section in the Content Integrations page.
*Please note that only Admin users can show/hide these custom appendices.
The screen capture below shows the 'Custom Appendices' toggle button.
