How is the Investments feature used in the wizard?

This suitability template contains a page called "Investment Strategy Recommendation" and this page shows the recommended Funds or Portfolios. This page can be specific to the Investment recommended plans, the Retirement recommended plans or can be an overarching section relevant to both the Investment and Retirement plans.

In this page, for New plan recommendations and Existing plan recommendations (Fund Switch or not), in the Funds/Portfolio table, it is possible to include these Investments.

In the Investment Strategy page, ensure the answer "Select an Investment from Content Management" is selected for the question "Please select your preferred approach:" question (see example in screenshot 1 below).

In the table within the sub-section "Describe Your Recommendation", the Fund/Portfolio Name text box is where the Investment names are stored. Simply start typing in the Investment Name in this text box and select the required Investment name from the auto-complete drop-down. As soon as one of these Investments are selected, the description(s) will be displayed below the table in italics (see example in screenshot 2 below).

Underneath the description text, the user can choose whether to include this text in the report or not by selecting the tick box (this tick box is pre-selected, which means the description text will be generated in the report by default).

*Investments must be saved and published to be able to select them in the report; those investments set as a draft in the content management area will not be available to select in the report.

The screenshot below shows how the example investment has been saved and generated in the report.
