Issues opening Reports/Templates

When opening a report or template some users using Internet Explorer 11 have reported seeing a message stating a duplicate log-in has been detected.  

This may be caused by security settings within Internet Explorer.

To correct this issue we would advise adding the ATEB websites into your 'Trusted Sites' list using the following steps:

1. Click on the 'Tools' icon (a cog shape) within Internet Explorer 11 and Select 'Internet Options'

2. Select 'Security', 'Trusted Sites' and then Click 'Sites'

3. Within Trusted sites enter '' and Click 'Add'

4. Finally Click 'Close' and 'Ok' and refresh the ATEB suitability website
