First of all, the user has to select which template the paragraph is saved in the system for. Above the tree structure is a drop down question, and the user can select the relevant template type from there; the default answer is set to the Suitability Report, but it is possible to create and edit paragraphs for the Periodic Review letter/template and the Legacy Suitability Report.

The user must navigate to the paragraph they would like to edit/update.

Located in the paragraph box is the 'Edit this paragraph' button. The 'Edit this paragraph' button is outlined in red below.

Once pressed the box will alter its state and will become editable for the user. The user must click on the 'Save Changes' button for the update to be saved within suitability.
