How do you search for a specific Paragraph?

Modified on Thu, 14 May, 2020 at 3:49 PM

Within both ‘Paragraphs’ pages, there is a search option located above the right hand side of the screen, just below the 'New Paragraph' button. This is outlined in red below.

First of all, the user must decide which template the paragraph is stored in. Above the tree structure is a drop down question, and the user can select the relevant template type from there; the default answer is set to the Suitability Report, but it is possible to search for specific paragraphs in the Periodic Review letter/template and the Legacy Suitability Report.

A paragraph can be located by typing the name of the paragraph into the search box. Matching paragraphs will appear in the paragraphs shown on the right hand side of the tree structure.

This is a useful feature if you want a quick way of locating a paragraph when there are a large number shown on the screen.
