The default setting in the suitability system is to show all providers and platforms in the list. It is possible to show/hide providers and platforms, however.
The user must navigate to the provider/platform they would like to hide from view.
Located in the provider/platform box is the 'Hide Provider/Platform' button. The 'Hide Provider/Platform' button is outlined in red below, in the screen capture.
If the button 'Toggle Hidden Providers' (located next to the text 'Filter Visibility') has not been selected (i.e. the button is grey instead of light blue), this platform/provider will now be hidden from the list.
To show this provider/platform again, click on the button 'Toggle Hidden Providers' again. This button should now change to light blue and the provider/platform will be appearing in the list again.
To show the provider/platform, even when the 'Toggle Hidden Providers/Platforms' has been selected, the user must select the 'Show Provider', located in exactly the same position where the button 'Hide Provider/Platform' is. The 'Show Provider/Platform' button is outlined in red below, in the screen capture.
