To start, the user must hover over the middle of the Model Portfolio box where then the cursor will turn into an icon of arrows, each one pointing outwards from the middle.
From this point, the user will be able click and drag the Model Portfolio to anywhere in the Model Portfolio list (a new grey section will be created, like the one below, to let the user know the Portfolio can be moved to that location).
