This error occurs when the total percentage split of all Assets or Funds for a given Model Portfolio is higher than 100%.
This issue should only occur when data has been migrated from an old version of ATEB suitability.
To remedy the problem simply edit the Model Portfolio and update the appropriate Asset/Fund splits until the total is equal to 100%.
