How can you attach an image to a Risk Profile?

When editing or creating a Risk Profile, the user has the option of choosing an image file to upload and attach to the Risk Profile.

The user must click on the 'Choose File' button which will lead to a file section screen. To upload a chosen image, the user can either double click the image or click the image and click the 'Open' button.

To ensure the image uploads correctly, the user must follow the usual routine when editing or creating the Risk Profile and click the 'Save' or 'Update' or button when complete.
